Full refund — failed delivery
If the YouTube channel cannot be logged into at all when delivered, you get a full refund.
Replacement or refund — 7-day guarantee
If within 7 days of delivery the channel’s password is changed or it gets hacked by anyone other than you (for example, recovered by a previous owner), we will replace the channel or refund your payment.
No refund
- After 7 days from delivery, refunds are no longer available.
- Issues caused by misuse, negligence, or loss of credentials on the buyer’s side after delivery are not covered.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
